TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you have to return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). If a Product is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund. Any claim cannot be entertained once the order has been signed for, any damage must be specified on the delivery docket and the parcel must be refused.
Returns are accepted by prior arrangement. Please call 00353 (0) 15320749 to speak to our returns department who will issue you a returns authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All unused and unwanted goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. A refund or exchange will be offered provided the returned goods are in "as new" resalable condition with all original packaging and contents. The buyer is always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods. Please send all returns recorded delivery with the return authorization number provided by us and a covering letter attached along with proof of purchase. Return Postage is only refundable on faulty/wrongly sent items when this is specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Services Department. It is entirely the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct part prior to fitment and the part has been installed correctly by a qualified mechanic/technician. No liability or returns are accepted where buyers attempt to modify or adjust components. A minimum handling fee will be charged for returns of special order items. Please note - Without proof of purchase no refunds will be issued. We require the NAME, USER ID, ITEM NUMBER and ADDRESS of the recipient, also a brief description on the issue of return when necessary. This will enable us to ensure all returns are resolved quickly and efficiently.
We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.
All delivery times are standard working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. We will endevaour to deliver the products to you in the time specified. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. We will always contact you prior to shipping if there are any delays to the delivery time.
Please note that due to the fact we look for best prices, some items might not be storec locally, in this case we are using a network of suppliers across the whole EU. It means that your item might have to travel few days before reaching your address.
All orders are dispatched by reputable shipping companies. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend you do not book your vehicle in for any repairs until you physically have the part to save on any disappointment caused by delays. DAD DEXTER AUTOPARTS DISTRIBUTION LTD. will be under no liability for any costs on damages or expenses caused by any delays.
EU Countries including Norway have delivery cost of €6.99, excluding Greece, Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, and Malta where delivery cost is €9.99.
Countries in Europe which are not part of EU have delivery for €9.99
